One of our longest-serving team members, Dhurri joined us in our very first year and has been a cornerstone of the practice since. A graduate of King's College London (2018) and a member of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow, Dhurri combines strong general dentistry and NHS experience with special interests in Implants and Maxillofacial Oral Surgery.She's completed an Implant course with the British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry (BAIRD), building on her hospital and surgical experience to become a truly skilled surgeon.

Adept at all apsects of general dentistry, including dentures, Talisa joined us in September 2026 and has fast proven an invaluable asset to our growing team, and our patients (her first 5 star review was immediate!)
Trained in Bristol, she sharpened her skills in a busy Cambridge NHS practice treating complex cases, then came home to Worthing to bring them to the South Coast. Iria joins us on a flexible basis, bringing almost twenty years of dentistry and a genuine passion for aesthetics. She qualified in Madrid in 2005 and went on to complete a postgraduate course in aesthetic dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute, where she sharpened her skills in cosmetic work.
Patients love her natural results and her reassuring manner, and she's a valuable addition to our growing general and cosmetic dentistry team, bridging the gap (possibly a pun intended?) between our general dentists and our complex implant surgery with cosmetic excellence.

Callum swapped fire engines for dental chairs, and with a father, grandfather and two more generations of dentists behind him, it was always a likely move.
Originally from Canada, he studied at Ross's alma mater Newcastle, and Ross kept a keen eye on his progress! He's already one of the team's most dependable dentists for everyday care, and your friendly first stop for check-ups, fillings and dentures, with the kind of reassuring manner you'd hope for from someone who used to run towards emergencies.

Hygienist and Dental Therapist
A scientist's precision with a gentle touch
Max grew up in Worthing and came to dentistry by an unusual route. He gained a PhD in Human Physiology and Biochemistry and built a career in academic research and teaching, then retrained to follow his dream of working in healthcare.
He qualified in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy from Portsmouth University with first-class honours, and won the TePe prize for outstanding patient communication. Patients consistently praise his explanation of both what he is doing in surgery, and how to improve oral health at home. Max's diary gets filled very fast, so book when you can!
Having joined earlier this year, he's such a welcome addition to the team, fitting our ethos perfectly!

Katie qualified in 2021 and joined us in 2022, and she's already leading our nursing team. Her experience spans general dentistry and implant support, so she's equally at home in a routine check-up and a complex surgical case.
As a CAVA assessor she helps other nurses earn their GDC qualifications, and has been instrumental in ensuring that our practice is a centre of best practice excellence. With a strong strategic focus on advancements in dental processes and practices, Kate is helping the nursing team keep at the forefront of technological advances, whilst continually working to improve nurse involvement in the patient journey. That has translated recently into the implementation of essential patient communication plans, structured nurse led free consultations and providing consistent support to our patients both inside and outside of their time in the practice.

Nikki has spent over 30 years in dental nursing across NHS, private and specialist practices, so there's very little she hasn't seen. For the last decade she's focused on implants and cosmetic dentistry, and that expertise shows in every procedure she supports.
Calm, skilled and endlessly experienced, she's the kind of nurse dentists (and patients) are glad to see beside them, reassuring all with her wealth of knowledge. She is a great guide and support to Kate, and always on hand to make sure that moving forward with technology is always about building on solid foundations, not removing them!

Emma qualified as a dental nurse in 2019, going on to complete her radiography qualification in 2022, joining Worthing Implant Centre in 2023. She fast became and essential and dedicated member of the team, building patient trust with ease.
Emma loves to engage patients through digital scanning, because it shows patients a clearer view of their own teeth, something that's normally hard to see.
Patients always tell us she's fantastic when they've been nervous, with a mega watt smile that makes anyone feel welcome, she takes real pride in making sure everyone feels at ease. Ash is the link between our patients, our clinicians and our plans for the future. As Patient & Clinical Engagement Lead, she makes sure people understand their options, feel looked after and get the right care at the right time.
Through her involvement in business development and marketing, alongside frequent communication with our patients, Ash helps shape how we grow while keeping patients first. As a qualified dental nurse and radiographer, Ash's experience is valued in her constant reflection of best practice within CQC guidelines and commitments.
Occasionally you may find Ash stepping in during surgery - but you're more likely to find her calling you to check progress or WhatsApp-ing you our latest offers!

The first face you'll see, and the reason everything runs smoothly
Amy has been part of Worthing Implant Centre since August 2022, and for many of our patients she's the very first point of contact, whether that's a friendly voice on the phone or a warm welcome in our waiting room. She keeps the diary running like clockwork, fitting appointments around patients' lives and making sure everyone arrives knowing what to expect. Behind the scenes she's just as valuable, liaising between the practice and the dental lab so that everything is ready when you are.
Calm, organised and attentive, Amy sets the tone for the whole patient experience. If you've ever felt looked after before you've even sat in the chair, that's her. If you're not sure what you want to book - Amy will get you to the right place!
