The practice itself is modern, fully equipped, clean and very welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Ross was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and thorough, taking the time to explain what to expect and talk me through the entire process. The procedure went brilliantly, and although the aftercare was excellent, I barely needed it because Dr Ross and his friendly team did such a great job.
